Request Guide

I want a new translation of a comic

The title is already listed, but not in the language you want? Learn how to request a translation and how language requests differ from translation permissions.

Check the available language versions first

Open the comic details page to see which languages are currently supported for the title and its chapters. The website interface language and chapter translations are selected separately; changing the top language menu does not create a missing translation. If only some chapters are missing, specify the chapter range clearly in your request.

Submit the language you want to read

After signing in, choose “Request Language Version” in the request area of the target comic's details page, select the target language, add your explanation, and submit. Start the request from the specific title so the administrator can associate it accurately.

  • Confirm the target language, and specify simplified, traditional, or other variant needs when necessary.
  • Describe the chapter range you want to read and how the existing version is missing or incomplete.
  • For translation feedback, provide the chapter URL and exact location, and describe the intended meaning and the problem as clearly as possible.

A language request does not generate a translation immediately

Even after a request is approved, an administrator must arrange the work. A status change does not immediately call translation or translated-image generation; actual updates follow the chapters made available on the title page. Track status and administrator feedback in your request history, and avoid duplicate pending requests.

If you want to translate yourself, first apply to become a translator, then request translation permission for the specified comic and target language. Each comic-language version requires separate authorization; a reader's language request itself does not grant backstage access.
