What to include
Use a clear subject and include the relevant URL, language, time, device and browser, steps to reproduce and desired outcome. Rights enquiries should include ownership or authorization details. Advertising enquiries should describe the brand, creative and campaign needs. Only supply information needed for the issue.

Sign in and use the form below; new email accounts need verification. Check My Applications in your account for status and replies. If you cannot sign in, contact an administrator through an official community listed on the site and ask for a private way to submit personal information.
Protecting your information
Never send passwords, verification codes, authenticator secrets, recovery codes, full payment details or unrelated identity documents. Redact screenshots. Follow up in an existing record where possible. Enquiries do not create a publishing, cooperation or payment commitment, and no fixed reply time is promised. Verification emails and application replies are separate channels.
